Library Move Update

Hocutt-Ellington Memorial Library remains in transition as staff move services and materials back to the renovated building at 100 S Church Street. During the remainder of May, regular library programs are continuing at Town Hall and The Clayton Center, digital resources remain available, and due dates on checked-out items have been extended with no late fines during the move. The updated library is expected to reopen in time for the summer reading season, so this is a good time for families to keep an eye on library programming while the final steps continue.
