Road Commission for Oakland County says the Franklin Road culvert project is moving into its next phase at the Franklin Village-Bloomfield Township border. Northbound Franklin Road is already closed north of 14 Mile, and 14 Mile Road is set to fully close just east of Franklin on June 23 through late July.
