City of OKC offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, while trash and recycling pickup runs on its normal schedule. OKC Animal Welfare stays open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with adoptions starting at noon, and outdoor parks remain open. The city also says free fare will be available on July 4 for buses, the streetcar, RAPID, and PLUS paratransit.
