Nature Trail Discovery Day

Lakeside Nature Center continues ReMake Learning Days with a noon to 2 p.m. program centered on exploring native habitats along the nature trail. Visitors can walk through prairie, savannah, forest, and glade areas while learning about the plants and animals that make each habitat unique. The afternoon also includes hands-on activities, natural artifacts to explore, and animals to see up close. It is a thoughtful spring outing for families and curious nature lovers alike.
