El Camino Plan at Council

Santa Clara City Council is set to consider the revised El Camino Real Specific Plan at its May 19 meeting. The action includes possible adoption of the updated plan, new El Camino Real zoning districts, and related environmental review documents. According to the city, the revised plan would guide future development along the 3.2-mile corridor and could allow up to 4,390 residential units.
