Free Car Seat Checks

Families can stop by for a free Car Seat Safety Check from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the bike path parking lot next to the Coventry Public Library. A police officer will be available to check infant seats, rear-facing and front-facing car seats, booster seats, and seat belts. Parents, grandparents, babysitters, and other caregivers are all welcome, and each check is expected to take about 10 to 20 minutes.
