If you are getting ready to sell in Prague, OK and want to avoid a stale listing, I would focus on competition immediately. My answer is that recent supply put buyers in a stronger position, so your home has to be clearly aligned with what else is available.

For a seller, that is the kind of setup where I want the launch to be clean and intentional.
