King's Heights, ABDetached supply still gives move-up buyers room to think. The latest reading showed 19 detached homes in inventory and 3.80 months of supply, while the total market sat at 4.00 months.
Detached benchmark price was 639,100, and detached median price was 680,000. That is a very different conversation from the apartment segment, where benchmark pricing was 259,500.
