For sellers, the decision is less about what you hope to get and more about where your home will land in the first round of buyer comparisons. That early response often shapes the rest of the listing's life, so the first few days deserve real attention.
Look at the newest sold prices, compare them with similar active homes, and decide whether your current price still gives buyers a reason to act. If the listing has been online without the response you expected, tighten the strategy before the next round of showings. A clean adjustment is usually easier to manage than a long wait, and it can help reset the conversation while the listing still feels fresh.
