The project covers Buffalo Trail between Monarch Boulevard and Twisted Oak Drive. During construction, access from Monarch Boulevard will close, and the corridor between Monarch and Twisted Oak will be closed, while the section south of Twisted Oak and Rock Cress Way remains open to local traffic only.
