Local Colors Festival comes to Elmwood Park on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day begins with the Procession of Nations and continues with dance, music, martial arts demonstrations, international food, artisan vendors, cultural exhibits, and children's activities. Admission is free, and it remains one of Roanoke's warmest celebrations of the many cultures that make our community stronger.
