Memorial Day Parade Planned

Richmond's Memorial Day Parade steps off at 10:00 a.m., with participants asked to line up at Bailey Park starting at 9:30 a.m. Local children are invited to decorate bikes, wagons, or themselves in red, white, and blue, and registered golf cart owners may also join in.
