Wake Forest Power is transitioning to a new online utility bill payment system. On Sunday, March 29, the current online system, including the autopay option, will be disabled. Beginning Monday, March 30, customers can begin creating a new online account in the new utility billing portal and then make payments through the new payment system. If you currently use autopay or pay online, please plan ahead so you are not surprised by the cutoff and can get your new account set up as soon as the portal opens.
