The 77389 market showed a median sold price of $562,500 over the latest period, with homes spending 23 days in the market and selling at 97% of asking. The active median sat at $598,750, and new listings came in at $579,000, which keeps the asking side fairly close to the accepted center.
That is good news for a seller, because it means the market is not asking for a dramatic discount to move a home. It also means that any listing that reaches too far beyond the accepted range will have to justify that extra number very quickly.
