Sellers Weighing Offers in Agoura Hills, California for June 2026
Agoura Hills, CAPricing still matters. The latest median list price is $1,587,499, and I would use that as a reminder to start with a number that gives serious buyers a reason to stay engaged.
The latest median sold price was $1,461,000, which leaves a real gap between asking and closing for homes that are not positioned tightly. At the same time, the sold-to-list price stayed at 98.8%, so buyers are still paying close to list when the home is priced well.
That tells me sellers need discipline from day one. A home that starts too high gives away time, and time is the hardest thing to win back once the market has had a chance to look and move on.
Review the recent sold range before you list, compare your home against active competition, and choose a number that supports showings instead of slowing them down. Small pricing adjustments are easier before the listing feels stale.
